ABOUT OUR FAMILY

Let me tell you a little bit about our family. I am Terry, my husband is Jim and we have 4 daughters. Our oldest, Kaylina, is 14, Marissa and Miranda, are both 10(they are twins) and Amanda is 4. We have been homeschooling since 1998. We are also Jehovah's Witnesses and we attend the Mililani Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses where Jim has the privilege of serving as an elder. I have been baptized since 1987, Jim since 1977. We have both experienced the full-time ministry and maybe one day we will be able to again.

You may be wondering why we have chosen to home educate our children rather than send them to school. There are MANY reasons why we have chosen to homeschool but I have listed a few below.

Our Reasons for Homeschooling

1. One on one instruction with someone who knows child the best.

2. Child can learn at their own pace.

3. Curriculum/Instruction can be customized to fit individual needs of child.

4. Continuous Budget Cuts from Education.

5. Growing Violence in the Schools.

6. And lastly but certainly not least, we are able to devote as much time as we want to Theocratic Education.

And the list can go on and on but this is just a summary of the reasons why we chose to go the homeschooling route.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to bookmark this page.
